Phonetic Russian Keyboard

Type Cyrillic by sound. Free iOS keyboard, ЯВЕРТЫ layout.

Enable the keyboard

  1. Install the app from the App Store.
  2. Open Settings, then General, then Keyboard, then Keyboards, then Add New Keyboard… and choose Phonetic Russian. You can also follow Setup inside the app.
  3. In any text field, tap the globe key and select Phonetic RU.

Layout

One key, one letter by sound. Not standard Russian (ЙЦУКЕН), not Windows Mnemonic, not multi-letter transliteration. Key faces are Cyrillic only.

Runs on your device only. No Full Access, no network, no analytics. Privacy policy
